We designed and built a bespoke storage space for RIBA's infamous photo and library collection. This involved coordinating construction within a congested, busy London warehouse to deliver three specialist, close tolerance climate-controlled zones and a reading room equipped with bespoke furniture.
Special consideration were made for the materials used as to not impact the conservation of the collection as well as the layout of the space to maximise usable volume for storage.
Alarms, fire detection systems, access control, CCTV and physical security were added to ensure the security of the collection and the customer's staff.

This involved opening the office space up, creation of a less formal meeting space, creation of vibrant meeting spaces, glass partitioning and much more.
